Our Services

Agricultural Training & Skills Development 

 We operate as a certified assessment center by the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) under the Ministry of Education and Sports. 

Our training programs include short-term courses, internships, trainer-of-trainers programs, and long-term skilling programs that oAer hands-on training alongside theoretical classes, preparing participants for self-employment or integration into the agricultural workforce.

Social Impact & community Development

We  focus heavily on empowering marginalized groups, including: 

Youth and women: through tailored skilling programs aimed at providing marketable skills, we empower young people and women to become agripreneurs; 

Refugees and host communities: We implement projects targeting refugee settlements, overing skills training in horticulture, irrigation, and nursery management to foster economic independence; 

Persons with disabilities (PWDs): In partnership with organizations such as National Union of Disabled Persons in Uganda (NUDIPU) and Light for the World, we have trained and supported over 453 PWDs, enabling them to engage in profitable agricultural activities. 

Climate-smart Agriculture and Innovations

We  are at the forefront of climate-smart agricultural solutions that help communities adapt to the changing climate while enhancing agricultural productivity. 
Our innovations include: 
· Irrigation systems such as drip irrigation and sprinkler systems for water conservation.
· Greenhouse farming technologies that ensure year-round crop production. 
· Soil and water conservation techniques to mitigate land degradation and optimize farming outputs.
